    • Wild mushroom soup, cep purée and shallot compote
    • Dingley Dell pork belly, potato wrapped black pudding and apple purée
    • Seasonal vegetable salad, micro leaves, goat's curd and thyme dressing (v)

    • Parmesan crusted corn fed chicken breast with fregola cherry tomatoes and basil
    • Skrei cod fillet, braised lettuce hearts, curried brown shrimps and lemongrass bisque
    • Wye Valley asparagus and Jersey potato risotto with artichoke and morel mushrooms
